The built-in S-Pen holder clicks in tight enough that the pen doesn't wobble when I'm walking, and the black matte finish doesn't pick up fingerprints like my old case. Took a few tries to get the front piece snapped on, but once it's on, the whole thing feels bombproof.
The hinge protection is solid and the S-Pen holder clicks in place securely, which was my main worry. Dropped it once on concrete already and the case took the hit without a scratch on the phone. The black finish looks sharp too.
Got this case for the S-Pen holder alone, and honestly it's the reason I don't leave it at home anymore. The rugged build adds some bulk, but the grip is solid and the black finish hides fingerprints surprisingly well.
