The kickstand is the star here — it clicks into place solidly and props the phone at a perfect angle for watching videos. Even being open box, the rubber feels thick and the cutouts line up exactly where they should.
It showed up as open box but honestly looks brand new, no scratches or wear anywhere. The black finish has a nice matte grip that doesn't slide out of my hand, and the corner protection feels thick enough to survive a drop onto concrete.
The built-in kickstand is rock solid and the corner protection feels genuinely heavy-duty, so I'm not worried about drops at all. Even though it's open-box, everything came intact and the black finish looks brand new.
